OG Pill Pack Store — Terms of Service

By purchasing any package, rank, item, points, premium points, credits, or other digital benefit from the OG Pill Pack store at ogpill.xyz, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Digital purchases
All products sold through this store are digital benefits intended for use on the OG Pill Pack Garry’s Mod server.
Purchases may include:
Server ranks or permissions
aShop points or premium points
Cosmetic items
Exclusive characters or pills
In-game benefits
Other virtual server content
Digital benefits have no cash value, cannot be transferred outside the server, and cannot be exchanged for real-world currency.
2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for:
Entering or linking the correct Steam account
Keeping your Steam account secure
Reviewing the package description before purchasing
Ensuring you are authorized to use the selected payment method
Benefits will normally be delivered to the Steam account associated with the purchase. We are not responsible for purchases delivered to the wrong account because incorrect information was provided.
Account sharing, payment sharing, or attempting to transfer purchased benefits may result in the removal of those benefits.
3. Delivery
Most purchases are delivered automatically.
Delivery may be delayed because of:
Server downtime
Store maintenance
Steam service interruptions
Payment-provider review
Database or networking problems
Incorrect Steam account information
Contact server support if your purchase has not been delivered within 24 hours after the payment is shown as completed.
Do not repeatedly purchase the same package while waiting for delivery.
4. Refund policy
Because purchases provide digital server benefits, purchases are generally considered final after delivery.
Refunds may be considered when:
You were charged more than once for the same purchase
A technical error prevents us from delivering the purchased benefit
The package description materially differed from what was delivered
A refund is otherwise required by applicable law
Refunds will generally not be provided because:
You changed your mind
You stopped playing
You were banned, muted, warned, or otherwise punished
You purchased for the wrong Steam account
You failed to read the package description
A temporary server outage prevented immediate use
A package, item, or feature was rebalanced
You expected benefits that were not listed in the package description
Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot legally be waived. Ontario does not require every retailer to offer voluntary returns or exchanges, but online transactions may still carry statutory protections depending on the circumstances.
5. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Contact OG Pill Pack support before opening a chargeback, payment reversal, or payment-provider dispute.
An unauthorized or fraudulent chargeback may result in:
Immediate suspension of purchased benefits
Temporary or permanent removal from the server
Suspension of associated Steam accounts
Recovery of reasonable payment-dispute fees where legally permitted
Opening a dispute does not remove any rights provided by your payment provider or applicable law.
We will not punish a customer merely for making a legitimate legal or payment complaint.
6. Server punishments
Purchasing a package does not exempt you from server rules.
Ranks, purchases, or donations do not grant immunity from:
Warnings
Mutes
Kicks
Bans
Rank restrictions
Item restrictions
Other moderation actions
If your account is punished for violating server rules, purchased benefits may become temporarily or permanently unusable. A punishment does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
7. Rank and item changes
We may reasonably update, rebalance, replace, rename, or discontinue server features as the server develops.
This may include changes to:
Rank permissions
Point values
Item functionality
Exclusive content
Commands
Gameplay balance
Package availability
We will not deliberately advertise a materially different product from the one delivered. Canadian businesses must not promote goods or services using materially false or misleading representations.
Where a permanent package is sold, “permanent” means for the operational life of the applicable server or service, unless the package description states otherwise. It does not guarantee that the server will operate forever.
8. Temporary and subscription packages
Packages described as temporary expire after the duration displayed at checkout.
Subscription packages may renew automatically only when automatic renewal is clearly disclosed and authorized through the payment provider.
You are responsible for cancelling recurring payments through the applicable payment provider before the next billing date.
Losing access because a subscription expired or was cancelled does not entitle you to continued benefits.
9. Fraud and abuse
We may suspend or revoke purchases associated with:
Stolen payment methods
Fraudulent transactions
Payment manipulation
Exploiting store or delivery bugs
Duplicating benefits
Reselling accounts or benefits
Attempting to bypass package restrictions
Knowingly providing false purchase information
Security vulnerabilities should be reported privately and must not be exploited.
10. Age and payment authorization
You must be legally capable of making the purchase.
Where you are under the age required to independently authorize the transaction, you must have permission from a parent, guardian, or authorized payment-account holder.
Purchasing without the payment holder’s authorization may result in the transaction being reversed and the benefits being removed.
11. Privacy
The store may process information required to operate purchases and prevent fraud, including:
Steam identifiers
Steam profile information
Purchase records
Payment transaction identifiers
IP addresses
Account activity
Support communications
Full card or bank details are normally processed by the payment provider rather than stored directly by OG Pill Pack.
Personal information will only be collected and used for legitimate store, security, support, legal, and administrative purposes. Canadian privacy rules may apply when a private-sector organization handles personal information during commercial activity.
A separate Privacy Policy should explain retention, third-party processors, access requests, and contact information in greater detail.
12. Service availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to:
The website
The game server
Purchased features
Third-party addons
Steam services
Payment services
Maintenance, attacks, software failures, addon changes, hosting problems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause temporary interruptions.
We will make reasonable efforts to restore paid benefits following technical failures.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OG Pill Pack and its staff will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the server or store.
Our total liability connected to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the affected purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Third-party services
The store may rely on third parties such as:
Steam
Payment processors
Web-hosting providers
Prometheus
Garry’s Mod addons
Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. OG Pill Pack is not responsible for outages or policy changes controlled solely by those providers.
15. Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect:
Store changes
New packages
Payment-provider requirements
Security concerns
Legal requirements
Server-policy changes
The updated date will be displayed at the top.
Changes will not retroactively remove rights that had already legally accrued to a customer.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply in another jurisdiction.
